Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Piklore mobile application or website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Piklore. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. Facility owners must be at least 18 years of age.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You may not share your account or create accounts on behalf of others without authorization.
• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce content without permission
• Create fake reviews or ratings

5. Bookings and Cancellations

Piklore facilitates connections between players and facilities but is not responsible for the conduct of either party. Cancellation policies are set by individual facilities. Please review each facility's policy before booking. Piklore does not currently charge booking fees; this may change with advance notice.

6. Facility Listings

Facilities listed on Piklore are independent businesses. Piklore does not endorse, warrant, or guarantee the quality, safety, or accuracy of any facility listing. Facility owners are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings and the conduct of their operations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Piklore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on the Service are owned by Piklore or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting support.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
