Frequently Asked Questions

How do I create a Piklore account?

Download the Piklore app from the App Store or Google Play. Tap "Create Account," enter your name, email, and password, then set your skill level. The whole process takes under 2 minutes.

How do I book an open play session?

Open the app, tap "Find" at the bottom of the screen, and browse nearby courts. Tap on any court to see upcoming sessions. Select a session and tap "Book" to reserve your spot.

How do I cancel a booking?

Go to your Profile → My Bookings, find the booking you want to cancel, and tap "Cancel Booking." Note that each facility may have its own cancellation policy.

How do I register my facility on Piklore?

Visit piklore.com/login, choose "I'm a Facility Owner," and create a facility account. Or download the app and select "Register Facility" on the welcome screen.

How does the skill level system work?

Piklore uses a rating system from 1.0 to 5.5+ aligned with standard pickleball skill ratings. When you sign up, you self-report your level. Over time, your rating may update based on match results and community feedback.

Is Piklore free to use?

Yes! Piklore is free to download and use for players. Finding courts and booking open play sessions is free. Facilities can list their courts for free as well.

My account was blocked or deactivated. What do I do?

Contact our support team at support@piklore.com with your account email. We'll investigate and respond within 24–48 hours.
