  • With facilities: When you book a session, your name is shared with the facility for reservation purposes.
  • With other players: Your public profile (name, skill level, posts) is visible to other Piklore users.
  • Service providers: We use Supabase for database and authentication services.
  • Legal requirements: If required by law or to protect our rights.

5. Location Data

Piklore requests access to your device's location to show you nearby courts and open play sessions. Location data is used only within the app and is not sold or shared with third parties for advertising. You can disable location access in your device settings at any time, though this will limit the "Find Courts" functionality.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal obligations.

You have the right to:
